Dispatch and delivery
We typically dispatch parcels on the same or next working day. Our current estimated delivery time within Malaysia is 2–4 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, destination, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
For assistance with delivery timing to Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan or Singapore, please contact our team before ordering.

Please check your delivery address and contact details carefully before placing your order, and arrange for someone to receive the parcel. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for a second delivery attempt.
Inspect the parcel upon arrival. If it is visibly damaged, notify the courier before accepting it. Contact growjoy@serbajadi.com.my promptly about damaged or incorrect items, including your order number and photographs.
