A few useful answers

Still have a question? We’re here to help.

Talk to the Serbajadi team ↗
Which soil test should I choose?

Soil Vitals starts with NPK. Garden Health adds a broader set of soil-health parameters. Full Spectrum provides a more detailed nutrient profile. Food Safety screens for the listed heavy metals. Tell our team what you grow and what you’re noticing if you need help choosing.

How much soil should I send?

About 200g is sufficient. Use a clean, securely sealed bag or container. Confirm the collection and submission instructions with our team before posting.

Can I test soil from pots or raised beds?

Tell our team about your growing medium, container size and concerns before ordering. They can help you decide whether a test is useful for your situation.

How long will the test take?

Ask our team for the current turnaround time when arranging your sample submission. Timing can depend on the selected panel and laboratory schedule.

Is sample shipping or a consultation included?

Confirm the courier arrangements, shipping charges and consultation options with our team for your selected package before ordering.

Does the Food Safety Screen mean my harvest is safe?

The panel checks the listed heavy metals in the submitted soil sample. It does not certify your soil or harvest as completely safe, test every contaminant, or guarantee food safety.

Can I send soil from more than one area?

Contact our team before combining soil from different growing areas or sending multiple samples. They’ll help you arrange the samples and testing needed for your questions.
