Points start with a minimum purchase of RM1. You earn 1 point for every RM1 of eligible spend. Shipping fees, tax and other charges are excluded.
No. Purchase points do not expire. Minimum redemption is 100 points, equal to RM1. Membership tiers have their own 12-month validity.
The programme is exclusively for online purchases at serbajadi.com.my. Offline purchases are not eligible.
Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers are valid for 12 months. Silver can be extended with a minimum spend of RM300 during the final 6 months before expiry; Gold with RM800 during the final 6 months before expiry. Contact our team to confirm your qualification, expiry date or renewal; tier changes and renewals are not automatically confirmed. Existing Bronze memberships transferred from EasyStore run from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027.
New email subscribers who sign up outside checkout receive a one-use 10% welcome voucher for products in our Normal Price collection. The minimum eligible purchase is RM1. Your email shows your personal code and its expiry date, one month after issue. There is no separate sign-up points bonus.
Tell our team your date of birth and subscribe to marketing emails. On your birthday, we send a personal RM10 voucher for an order of RM50 or more. It can be used once and expires at the end of your birthday month. Birthday emails are sent only when your date of birth is recorded on your account.
Member discounts, welcome and birthday vouchers, and points-redemption discounts cannot be combined on the same order. Use the eligible benefit that suits your purchase. Each personal voucher is restricted to the customer account it was issued to.
