After you pay

  1. Check the recipient and amount in your banking app before confirming payment.
  2. Send your receipt and order number by WhatsApp or email growjoy@serbajadi.com.my. Attach a screenshot, photo or scanned copy.
  3. Your order stays pending until our team verifies payment. We will process it once payment is confirmed.

Using the same phone? Save the QR image, then use your banking app's scan-from-gallery option if available. You can also scan it from another screen.
