Touch the soil
Grounding through the hands, scent and warmth of earth.
Guided gardening sessions that help your team step away from screens, slow down and reconnect. Inspired by horticultural therapy, with results HR can report.
From Serbajadi, growing since 1988, with our own soils and materials.

The impact / 05
Every journey includes anonymous before-and-after check-ins and a concise impact summary for HR.
For longer journeys, we can discuss using WHO-5. It asks about the previous two weeks, so timing and interpretation need care. We report what the responses show, without claiming a clinical outcome.
We agree on the questions and reporting approach with your team before the programme begins.
After the session / 06
Every plant goes home with a GrowJoy QR code: care guides, gentle reminders and GrowBuddy, our gardening companion.
