Corporate wellness programmes for teams / 01Grow calm, together.

Guided gardening sessions that help your team step away from screens, slow down and reconnect. Inspired by horticultural therapy, with results HR can report.

From Serbajadi, growing since 1988, with our own soils and materials.

The experience / 02

Make room to notice.

Step away from the screen. Work with your hands. Let a shared task give the team a different way to connect.

01

Touch the soil

Grounding through the hands, scent and warmth of earth.

02

Breathe the green

Notice the colour, scent and small details you might usually pass by.

03

Grow together

Share an unhurried task and see one another beyond the usual roles.

The method / 03

Guidance makes
the garden.

Plants give us something tangible to care for. Our guided five-stage method gives the team space to pause, make and reflect together.

  1. 01Arrive

Phones down. A quiet check-in on how everyone feels.

  2. 02Ground

Notice the scent, texture and warmth of the materials.

  3. 03Grow

Give your attention to a hands-on planting task.

  4. 04Reflect

What does your own growth need right now?

  5. 05Carry home

Leave with a small practice you can return to.

Inspired by horticultural therapy. Designed for workplace wellbeing, not clinical treatment.

Planning for a remote team? Tell us where your people are and we'll explore a guided format that fits.

The impact / 05

Calm you can report.

Every journey includes anonymous before-and-after check-ins and a concise impact summary for HR.

For longer journeys, we can discuss using WHO-5. It asks about the previous two weeks, so timing and interpretation need care. We report what the responses show, without claiming a clinical outcome.

We agree on the questions and reporting approach with your team before the programme begins.

After the session / 06

Let the good keep growing.

Every plant goes home with a GrowJoy QR code: care guides, gentle reminders and GrowBuddy, our gardening companion.

For HR / 07

Good questions grow good plans.

Is GrowJoy at Work therapy?

No. GrowJoy at Work offers guided workplace wellbeing experiences inspired by horticultural therapy. They are designed for working teams and are not clinical treatment.

What does our team need to prepare?

Tell us your group size, location and available space. For a typical hands-on session, tables and access to a sink are helpful. We will confirm the exact setup and materials with you before the day.

Do we need gardening experience?

No. The activities are guided step by step, and beginners are welcome. Your team can focus on the experience rather than getting everything perfect.

Can remote teams take part?

Tell us where your people are based. We can discuss a live guided format and whether individual materials or home kits are practical for your team.

How can HR understand the impact?

Every journey includes anonymous before-and-after check-ins and a concise impact summary for HR. For longer journeys, we can discuss WHO-5 where the timing and format make sense. We do not claim a clinical outcome.

Which journey is right for us?

Start with your goal and the time your team can give. Green Break is a short introduction; The Corporate Harvest is a longer shared project. Send us a few details and we will recommend a starting point.

Can we use our HRD Corp levy?

Ask us about current claimability for your chosen programme.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on your group size, chosen format and location. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll send a proposal within 2 working days.

How many people can join?

Most sessions suit 8–30 people. We can accommodate larger groups in rotations.
