Yellowing fronds, brown tips. No new growth: Needs more humidity
Pale fronds, scorch marks on surface: Too much sun

Pests:

Aphelenchoides: Cut off all brown leaves.
Aphids: Spray the plant with high pressure water followed by Serbajadi Neem Spray Extra Strength
